TETO Visits UMY for Monitoring Taiwan Education Center

Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY), which has been trusted by the Taiwan Government in developing cooperation in the field of Education through the Taiwan Education Center (TEC), was again visited by the Taipei Economic and Trade Office (TETO) on Thursday (16/1) in the UMY Rector’s Meeting Room. This visit was a TEC Evaluation Monitoring attended by Grace Ou as TETO Deputy Representative and TETO’s staff.

The visit was warmly welcomed by the UMY Rector, Dr. Ir. Gunawan Budiyanto, MP., IPM. and Director of Office of International Affairs, Yordan Gunawan, S.H., MBA, M.H. TEC UMY was officially opened at UMY in July 2019 with the intention of expanding cooperation between UMY and the Taiwan government, especially TETO and TEC Indonesia, as well as universities in Taiwan.

TEC UMY also has benefits for students from UMY who want to exchange in Taiwan, or who will pursue their Masters and Doctoral programs. (hnl)
