UMY and The Indonesian Economic and Trade Office to Taipei Discussed on Possible Collaboration on Education

On February 15, the Indonesian Economic and Trade Office in Taipei welcomed Universitas Muhammadiyah (UMY) representatives, including the Rector of UMY. Iqbal Shoffan Shofwan, the head of the Indonesian Economic and Trade Office in Taipei, is looking forward to working with UMY on student mobility, internships, and research for lecturers. This collaboration represents a significant move toward the promotion of education and research between two institutions.

The collaboration aims to improve academic and research exchange between the two institutions. It will promote joint research projects in various fields of study and facilitate the exchange of students, faculty members, and researchers.

The Indonesian Economic & Trade Office and Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta expect to foster a better understanding of each other’s culture, economy, and academic landscape through this collaboration.
