UMY Granted the Erasmus+ on Staffs and Students Mobility

UMY as a leading University in Indonesia, selected and granted the Erasmus From Uni Eropa. UMY is the only private Univ in Yogyakarta that can get this prestigious Award.
Eko Priyo Purnomo as the Executive Director of Cooperation and International Affairs, told that the program will support staff and students both UMY and Partners to create a research collaboration, conference and credit transfer. In this Project, UMY cooperate with some prominent Universities in Spain such as Universitat Pompeu Fabra , Universitat Autonomo de Barcelona and Universidad Carlos III.
Olga belova as 4 Allianza Universidades (A4U) as project manager explains that this program is for leading universities in developing economies. In addition , this program is about to gain more partnership among University in Asian discussing about several enthusiastic developing programs totally benefited to both parties such as Erasmus and open some schemes to offer to the academic community especially for PhD students, Erasmus Mundus Joint Degree Program (EMJD) and Staff Mobility. However this program also has the specific qualification that must be met especially for PhD student encompass teaching with following courses at least 8 hours for 5 working days. The requirements are covers up with quality proposal, relevance and expected impact, and curriculum of the candidate.

All delagates are from leading Universities around the world such as Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta ( UMY) , Univeristas Gajah Mada (UGM), Airlangga University (UNAIR), Bandung Institute Of Technology (ITB) , Binus University, Telkom University, Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai, St.Xavier’s College Mumbai, University of Tehran, Allameh Tabatabai, and Amikabir University of Technology. Regarding to dr Farindira Vesti Rahmasari Ms.c, Head of Domestic Affairs, Institute of Cooperation and International Affairs, UMY , told this Friday night ( 15/12) all delegates team are planned to met and greet representatives from Universitat Autonoma de Madrid to discuss the agreement outside the erasmus scheme.
